MY TRUE LOVES

I have a ridiculous amount to be grateful for. At the beginning of 2023, my daughter, Cece, joined our family! It has been a wild ride adjusting to life with a tiny human, but she is the cutest thing I have ever seen (sorry, Winston) and I can't wrap my head around how much I love her. I DO still love my adorable corgi, Winston and my amazing husband, Bobby (even more since Cece came along). 

We both have pretty big families and are all very close. My immediate family lives out in California, so we don't get to see them quite as much, but Bobby's family is here and I am actually the luckiest that they are all truly my family too in every sense of the word. 

When we aren't at home on the couch with Cece and Winston, we are usually out somewhere drinking tasty beers and trying out all the awesome food Madison has to offer (emphasis on cheese curds).

On your wedding day, I’m more than a photographer. I’m your hype woman, your calm in the chaos, and sometimes even your sounding board. You can trust me to read the room, anticipate moments before they happen, and capture them in a way that feels true to you.

Breathtaking

THIS IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. I DON'T THINK WE COULD HAVE FOUND A BETTER AND MORE TALENTED PHOTOGRAPHER THAN KATIE. SHE IS SO FRIENDLY, EASY-GOING, PROFESSIONAL, AND QUICK TO RESPOND. I WAS SO NERVOUS ABOUT LOOKING LIKE A BIG DORK POSING FOR PHOTOS BUT SHE MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE...AND MOST OF ALL SHE MAKES IT FUN! ON OUR BIG DAY SHE WORKED LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. THIS GIRL KNOWS WHAT THE HELL SHE IS DOING! MOST OF ALL, OUR PHOTOS ARE BREATHTAKING. THEY LOOK LIKE PAGES OUT OF A MAGAZINE OR PHOTOS THAT BELONG ON PINTEREST. I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE DOES IT, BUT SHE MAKES YOU LOOK HOW YOU SHOULD FEEL ON YOUR BIG DAY. SHE CAPTURES THE MOMENTS YOU WOULDN'T THINK TO CAPTURE, BUT ARE GLAD SHE DID. IF YOU CAN DO YOURSELF ONE FAVOR FOR YOUR BIG DAY, IT IS HIRING HER FOR THE JOB. SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!

AMAZING!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this girl! She was the photographer for our wedding in Madison and the pictures came back better than I ever could have imagined! She was so easy to communicate with and share my vision with. She was always so sweet and bubbly. Her style and editing is honestly the best I have seen. I live in LA and work in the fashion industry so I have seen a lot over the years. I highly recommend Katie and will hopefully get to use her again for a project or two in the future!!

Katie was outstanding to work with--we're so glad we chose her as our photographer... We were overwhelmed by how many amazing photos we got, and friends and family can't stop commenting about how great the photography was. The portraits and detail shots were amazing, but the candid shots were our favorites. I think that's the most important--anyone with some basic skill can get the portraits, but it's really special to have a photographer who was able to get all those special non-posed moments (not just of us, but of our guests too). Looking at the photos is really like reliving the day.

Katie is a great person, an amazing photographer and a solid professional. Reflecting on our recent wedding, my husband and I both decided that having Katie as our photographer was the best decision we made! She is seriously the absolute BEST! Throughout the whole process, from engagement pictures to the big day, everything was seamless. Katie was friendly, personable, responsive, and incredibly organized. We had a surprise snowfall for our Spring wedding and Katie was so positive and creative in dealing with this unexpected weather. She is beyond talented and takes beautiful photographs. Katie did an AMAZING job capturing our wedding. We had both indoor and outdoor events that spanned from a cloudy morning to a sunny afternoon and ended with a starry sky evening and she was able to get all of it! There is not one photo she took that I do not like. I was lucky enough to stumble across her website during an internet search, and I highly recommend her. We got our photos faster than most other couples I know and The craziest part is that my family and guests can't even remember seeing her during the ceremony and reception when she was snapping them. I am so thankful that I found her and I will treasure these photos forever.
