Since moving to Madison, I haven’t done a whole lot of family photography, and to be honest, I hadn’t missed it a whole lot until this session! I’ve kind of moved away from a lot of family sessions just because they’re usually so traditional, but when Teresa emailed me, she was all about having a candid session that was laid back with just a few nice photos of all of the kids looking at me. Now that’s my style. This session was to get some nice photos of Teresa’s three boys and also some photos with all of the cousins for their grandparents’ 50th wedding anniversary! So cute. We went out to Pope Farm Conservancy on a toasty Wisconsin evening, and wandered around the fields, admired the sunflowers, and took some pretty awesome photos if I do say so myself.

So if you’re looking for family photos that are a little more candid and a little less traditional, I’m your girl! 😉
