Kim and Howie’s wedding day was truly a day to remember. It was one of those walk outside and start sweating kind of days, so I don’t know how they, along with their awesome bridal party, managed to look so good through the heat, but they did! Seriously flawless. The sun was out and they were surrounded by their best friends and closest family, and that’s what was the most important. Their day was so beautiful, I found myself swept up in all of the little moments. Kim and Howie decided to forgo the getting ready photos that I usually start a wedding day with, so I met up with them at the Capitol and we went straight in to their first look. It was adorable, the guys surrounded Howie because they wanted to make sure Kim didn’t see him either as she was walking up! We took just a few photos at the Capitol and then headed over to the Memorial Union Terrace so that we could get some shots by the water before it was time to head back to the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art where they would officially become husband and wife on the rooftop. It was beautiful beyond words, so I’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking. Enjoy!
