I’ve said it before… the wedding ceremony is the quickest part of the wedding day most often, but it is the whole reason everyone is there. The ceremony is when you officially declare to the world that you love this other person enough to vow to spend the rest of your life with them. It’s a big deal. Sure, the details and the portraits are pretty and I love those photos, but the most meaningful photos to me, and to my couples, end up being the moments captured during the ceremony. It’s so important to be present and get swept up in the moment. It always amazes me to watch my couples during the ceremony, it’s as if the whole room fades away, even with the quietest couples, you can tell when they look at each other that nothing else matters. This is the moment that you’re really planning all of this crazy awesomeness for, and I LOVE that I get to document it. Pretty freakin cool.
