Alex + Chas | Twickenham House & Hall Micro Wedding

Reliving this day is SO great. Chas and Alex’s intimate wedding at Twickenham House in North Carolina last September was definitely a highlight of my 2020 wedding season! When they first reached out to see if I’d come out to capture this small ceremony after deciding to postpone the big Wisconsin party, I jumped at the opportunity. Traveling during the pandemic was definitely weird, but we took all the proper precautions to make sure this day was safe, and only their immediate families were there to celebrate. When I arrived at Twickenham house, I about died… it’s so so stunning, I could have shot there for days. The ceremony and dinner location was up at the top of a mountain overlook which was insanely stunning (and even worth the chilly air)! I honestly can’t do any of this day justice through words, the best I can do is share some of my favorite images. This couple and their families truly made me feel like I was part of the group, I felt so welcomed and I absolutely cannot wait to see them all again this October and celebrate big!
