I just met Allie and Alec a few weeks ago and I already feel like I know them. I wasn’t taking on any more weddings for this year, but when Allie emailed me to tell me about their day (coming up October 2nd!!), I was hooked. I happened to be open (the fact that it’s a Sunday definitely helped), and I’m SO excited to be photographing their wedding day at Devil’s Lake coming up pretty soon here! They weren’t super sure about an engagement session, but when I told them that they are my favorite thing and that I’d totally come to Chicago (where they live) to do the session, they decided to take advantage of it. I’m so so happy they did, because it was an absolute blast. We were laughing basically the entire time, and if it’s any indication of how their wedding day is going to go, I’m counting down the days! 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from this adorable engagement session!
