Maria + Will | Dubuque Golf and Country Club Wedding

Maria and Will felt like friends from the first time we virtually met. They lived in Chicago, so we didn’t meet in person before booking, but we chatted a bit over facetime, and then I finally met them in real life for their engagement session! These two kept telling me they weren’t photogenic, and I’m just like, you guys are silly… seriously when you see them, you’ll know what I mean :p They are the sweetest couple, and seriously I lost count of how many times they thanked me for being there on the wedding day. Just the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Their wedding day was beautiful, and I was so happy to be there with them to capture it all. This was my very first Dubuque wedding, and hopefully not the last! They had an amazing location in the backyard of a family friend’s home overlooking the river, and I about died when we pulled up. So beautiful, and the day was so laid back, just like them. And NOW these two are on a 7+ month adventure around the world on their honeymoon! They quit their jobs before the big day, and are just living the most amazing life!
