Abby and Jeremy are two of the sweetest, most caring individuals I’ve ever met. They made me feel like a friend as soon as we met, and I’ve just fallen more in love with them with each interaction we have. It was such an honor to be there with them to capture the love on this seasonably chilly fall day, and if I could do it over and over again, I definitely would!
From the couple:
What was your favorite part of the planning process?
I love to craft and so wedding planning was like one giant crafting party. There was a lot that didn’t go as planned, but overall I loved how everything turned out. Making the invites took forever, but was so financially affordable and I it was a fun process for the most part ;). All of our wood signs we made from wood at Jeremy’s parent’s shed and stained, painted, cut ourselves.. picking the colors for the suits, wedding dress and bridesmaid dress shopping. Our bachelor(ette) parties were also awesome and we were so lucky we bought a house before our wedding and could have all of our friends stay here and do a lot of the party with crafting and games at home! All of your friends you haven’t seen in forever and family at the bridal showers just makes it such a fun time of life, even when there’s a lot going on and a lot to plan/save for. It’s all worth it!

Jeremy and I both love the outdoors and camping. We wanted to get married in more of an “outdoorsy” venue, and love the Arena/Spring Green area, and the beautiful Oak tree and barn at Sugarland. We decided to use nature and camping as our “themes” for the wedding decor. We have been trying to take vacations to National Parks and got engaged at the Grand Tetons, so we chose National Parks as our table “numbers” and went from there using log name card holders, wooden sign decor, wooden polaroid frame, man and wife with a mountain cake topper silhouette… and some photos of us at each of the tables from the times we’ve gone camping.
Vendor Love!
