Marisa + Corey | V. Sattui Winery | Napa Valley Wedding

You guys, I am SO EXCITED to share Marisa and Corey’s wedding day!!! You might recognize these two from my last wedding of 2018 because they were both in the wedding party for our good friends, Joey and Lindsay (who you will also see in their wedding party)! Marisa and Corey met and still live in Wisconsin, but they wanted to have a destination wedding in their favorite place at their favorite winery. As soon as they started wedding planning, I had my fingers crossed that they would ask me to come along and be their wedding photographer, so of course when Marisa reached out, I was over the moon. This was my first time in Napa, and even though it was a little bit rainy, it didn’t disappoint! The recent rains made all the colors so incredibly vibrant. Luckily we had some breaks in the rain for some of their wedding day portraits, but mother nature did have other plans for the ceremony which had to be moved into the barrel room about 30 minutes before go time (HUGE shoutout to Carli and her team at V. Sattui on that one!) I am a firm believer that no matter the weather, a wedding day always ends up the way it was meant to be. Moving inside made the ceremony feel so intimate, it was absolutely beautiful. The rest of the evening was a big celebration full of love and lots of great food and wine.
