I’m back on the blog train again! We’re resuming with Molly and Paul’s amaaazing session from this past August! These two met in the hospital where they worked at the University of Michigan, and now both work here in Madison at UW Health, so they were able to get us a suuuuper unique location for their engagement photos. When they told me their idea of doing pictures on the helipad, I was SO excited because it’s always so much fun to shoot somewhere totally new, and also because I knew that these images would be cool, but even more importantly, they would actually have more meaning than another location that they were less connected to.
I met them at the hospital and they led me through lots of hallways and elevators to get up to the helipad. The helicopter was still out when we got there, so we did some photos, and then hopped over to the Picnic Point trail which was super close by to mix it up with some nature shots. Then we went back to catch some helicopter shots after it got back to end the session. It was seriously such a blast, and I loved getting to hang out with these two and hear more about their lives. They are so much fun, and I can’t wait to laugh with them again on the wedding day in July!
