Ahhhh where do I even begin with Lizzi and Michael? These two are such amazing humans. I first met them when Lizzi was a bridesmaid in a past amazing bride of mine’s wedding, so I was over the moon excited when I got the email from Lizzi that she and Michael were engaged and wanted to have me as their photographer! Their day was modern and clean, which was the perfect compliment to their venue choice of the Madison Public Library. It was a heart felt day with lots of laughs, love, and some pretty great dance moves. Congratulations to one of my favorite couples ever!!! SO excited to be sharing some (ok, a LOT… I can’t help it) of my favorites from this awesome day!
From the bride and groom:
Share your inspiration and the atmosphere you’re creating for your wedding.
-We wanted the day to be easy, make everyone feel welcome and loved, and looking for candid moments. We found design inspiration in rose gold and neutral colors with pops of cobalt, and we learned more toward modern and geometric touches rather than flourish or script or overly feminine.
What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples?
-Remember that the two of you are in a canoe together, and one (or both) of you can either rock the boat or work to keep it steady.
Vendor Love!
